This weekend's crop

We have just three more spots available for this weekend's benefit crop.  I've got most of the make n takes done, just waiting for a paper order that is SUPPOSED to be here by Friday!  I'm posting some pictures here of the new dies that I got for the big Accucut machine.  We don't take this machine to the retreats anymore because it takes too much space in my car, so you can take advantage of using it now.  There's also a page sample done with the 4" square scalloped coaster and the scalloped card die...just not folded into a card.  The coaster die is the same one that the chipboard albums are made out of.    I need some ideas for the flower with stem die from some of you creative ladies, I bought it thinking it would work with the Technique Tuesday stamps, but it is not quite the right size...bummer.

Beautiful Weekend for the Public Market

What a beautiful weekend!  My girls and I love going to the Public Market on Saturdays when the weather is nice; we went once in December and it wasn't so much fun!  Tricia and I went this past Saturday and stocked up on veggies and potted herbs.  Of course, she had to get a new purse as well.  I restrained myself this time, though there was one I have my eye on for some other time!  

She reminded me to take my camera so that I could take my picture of the day (I'm doing Project 365, though I didn't get one of Becky Higgin's kits, so am winging it).  I wound up taking a bunch of pictures and thought it would make a great page of one of my favorite places in Rochester.  BTW, I was afraid to ask what the chickens were doing there, but I had to take a picture of them.

Silent Auction on May 2nd

We'll be holding a silent auction during the all day crop on May 2nd.  Even if you can't join us for the crop, you're welcome to come in, buy tickets and drop them into the bags for the prizes you'd like to win.  Tickets will be 2 for $1.00 or 15 for $5.00.  Here are some of the prizes that you can bid on...more donations of prizes are on their way.  Thanks to Keri Gray for the donation of much of what you see here!

May 2nd Crop

You can still sign up for our May 2nd Crop.   We'll have a silent auction with lots of goodies to bid on.  There's also a Make N Take included...a chipboard album for your favorite mother, sister, daughter or friend.  Several different print choices will be available.
