What a beautiful weekend! My girls and I love going to the Public Market on Saturdays when the weather is nice; we went once in December and it wasn't so much fun! Tricia and I went this past Saturday and stocked up on veggies and potted herbs. Of course, she had to get a new purse as well. I restrained myself this time, though there was one I have my eye on for some other time!
She reminded me to take my camera so that I could take my picture of the day (I'm doing Project 365, though I didn't get one of Becky Higgin's kits, so am winging it). I wound up taking a bunch of pictures and thought it would make a great page of one of my favorite places in Rochester. BTW, I was afraid to ask what the chickens were doing there, but I had to take a picture of them.
This does it! I have GOT to go! My grandfather was a farmer and he used to sell his produce there when I was a little girl. I remember getting up with my mom before the sun in the summertime to "help" now and then.
